Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Life Sciences Consultant, where you will provide high-quality, timely input to client projects in the life sciences field. Your assignments will range from basic analysis and problem-solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions. You may also lead small teams or work streams, contributing significantly to our clients’ success.
Essential Functions
- Client Analysis & Solutions: Review and analyze client requirements or problems, assisting in the development of proposals and tailored client solutions.
- Documentation & Specifications: Develop detailed documentation and specifications to support project goals.
- Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis: Perform analyses to identify client issues and develop specific solutions.
- Presentation Design: Assist in designing and structuring presentations that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Client Deliverables: Develop and potentially present complete client deliverables within established frameworks and methodologies.
- Knowledge Development: Proactively enhance your understanding of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through engagement delivery and learning opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work under the guidance of Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals to fulfill engagement responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience required.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others across the organization to achieve team goals.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.
- Consulting Expertise: Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to your functional area.
- Industry Awareness: Awareness of current events, industry developments, and major competitors.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the marketplace and professional/trade associations, key people, and companies.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
