The hiring range for this role is:
78,638.00 - 110,285.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Participates on project teams and interacts with internal and Plan staff to develop, enhance, and implement Program Development business opportunities including the introduction of new services, programs, and features for Government Programs. Responsible for answering key business questions through data collection and analysis, interviews, expertise and team interaction.

Primary Job Functions

  • Collect and analyze data on health care, and Plan business needs. Research Plan and competitor’s products and program performance; contribute to research analyses. Draft and/or edit business requirements related to technical changes, as needed. Support implementation and program management for Government Programs.
  • Interact with Association and Plan staff to collect information and conduct interviews. Develop an in-depth subject matter expertise on selected topics.
  • Summarize analysis in reports, spreadsheets and charts; contribute to team solution development and to development of presentation slides.
  • Present findings within the project team and to partners and Plan workgroups. Participate in/lead project team discussions of the conclusions of analytical and development work.
  • Lead small projects and support larger projects. Coordinate activities across project workstreams.

Education, Experience, and Certification
Education
Required: Bachelors degree Business or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including analytical and project management experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including analytical and project management experience.
  • Experience in health insurance or health care Experience with government related business, such as Medicare and Medicaid, or healthcare reform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and master bodies of relevant knowledge.
  • Ability to prepare work plans, support mid-sized projects and portions of larger projects.
  • Experience in identifying data/information needs; acquiring and organizing data, delivering analysis and identifying major findings.
  • Ability to create and communicate innovative conceptual models and synthesize diverse types of information.
  • Ability to support data gathering activities, framing problems and guiding construction of survey instruments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
