New assessments requiring psychiatric input are slotted into the psychiatric clinic and then brought back to the team for discussion and planning their treatment and support. Whilst there is flexibility in allocation of individual responsibilities, the overarching model is one of integrated working across the mental health multidisciplinary teams.
