Description:

The Lead of Service together with the current post holder will play a key role in maintaining the high clinical, supervision and training standards for the service alongside improving service performance, patient experience and outcomes and developing the evidence base for new approaches to the delivery of psychoanalytic and psychodynamic therapies. Psychologists & Psychological Therapists provide key leadership roles within the Trust.
