We are looking for a Consultant to strengthen our team involved in advising public sector. We bring value to the public sector, we help the government to face nowadays challenges and find improvements to fulfil their goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

• Supporting our team with developing digitalization strategies and transformation plans in public sector
• Helping to design new processes, products and systems
• Supporting the overall transformation of the organization
• Working on projects for Czech and EU public administration bodies

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

• Strong communication skills in Czech and English
• Open-mindedness and intellectual curiosity

• Positive mindset and strong flexibility
• Orientation on client needs and delivery
• Teamwork and willingness to learn new things

FIRST, YOU WILL COMPLETE SHORT ONLINE TESTS WHERE YOU WILL FIND OUT HOW YOU ARE DOING WITH LOGIC AND THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND CONNECTIONS. AFTER SUCCESSFULLY PASSING THE TESTS, YOU WILL HAVE AN INTERVIEW AND A CASE STUDY. THE LAST STEP IS AN INTERVIEW WITH OUR PARTNER, WHERE YOU HAVE TO CONVINCE HIM OF YOUR PERSONAL QUALITIES, FOR EXAMPLE, THAT YOU CAN ALSO ENJOY FUN AT WORK. WE CAN DO IT ALL WITHIN A WEEK. IT´S A CHALLENGE, BUT YOU WANT TO WORK WITH THE BEST AND SO DO WE!
