QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Arts degree (Discipline in HR, Communications, or Business considered an asset)
  • 3-5 years related work experience (Prior Sun Life or HR experience is a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Customize and own the Corporate and DBTS Recognition programs, which includes developing and executing a tailored strategy from existing programs available, managing queries from leaders and employees, as well as overseeing the nomination process and any other activities associated with recognition
  • Support the delivery of key insights from talent data through analytical and research practices
  • Partner with Corporate / DBTS HRBP teams to organize initiatives and programs such as:
  • HRBP guided programs (Rotational Leadership Development Program (RLDP), Experience Leadership (EL), McKinsey and other DE&I programs, Sun Life Executive Development (SLED), Take Our Kids to Work Day)
  • Ad hoc events/meetings for business groups
  • Orientation for new team members
  • Coordinate the execution of cyclical initiatives including, but not limited to, the performance management cycle, compensation cycle, talent management cycle
  • Development and coordination of communications to support talent programs and initiatives
