LEADING PROJECTS, DRIVE TRANSFORMATION AND IMPLEMENT NEW SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant for the Implementation team within Digital Banking, Business Customers unit in Copenhagen. The Implementation team is the link between the business and the development units (Tribes) of Danske Bank. We act as a one point of entry for the business, and we are responsible for local change management and projects in Business Customers area.
Together with the team, you play an important role in ensuring efficient execution of the strategy for Business Customers in Denmark and in the Nordics. This includes leading market specific initiatives and projects, which aim to secure that the Banks new digital banking solutions are fully implemented and changes adapted in the business. You will engage with many stakeholders in the business functions and in other development units to make this happen.

Your key responsibilities will be :

• Taking a project management role on complex projects cross Nordic
• Implementing digital banking solutions (processes and products)
• Coordinating implementation of regulatory initiatives

TEAM PLAYER WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

THERE CAN BE MANY RELEVANT BACKGROUNDS FOR THIS ROLE, BUT WE REQUIRE AS A MINIMUM THAT YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience in project management
• Toolbox to drive change management and organisational transformations
• Proficiency in Danish and English, English is company language
• Knowledge or interest in how to run a bank within the business customer segment
• As this is a role with many stakeholders your communication skills need to be excellent where you are able to adapt to whoever you are speaking to
