Responsibilities:
As a Tax Consultant, you will play a key role in providing tax-related advice, analysis, and planning services to individuals and businesses. You will also play a crucial role in helping clients optimise their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and minimising tax liabilities. You will work with the Partner and team in servicing existing client relationships to drive loyalty and retention. This role could see you gaining experience in Transfer Pricing.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Assist with providing technical support to create and deliver appropriate taxation / business plans and strategies for clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Undertake special taxation advisory services assignments
- Prepare tax returns for individuals, trusts and companies
- Prepare or review clients’ BAS and IAS returns
- Prepare letters of advice and position papers on tax issues
- Work on domestic and international tax issues
- Work collaboratively with the Transfer Pricing team
