We are looking for a consultant to join our Assurance Technology Risk team in Auckland or Wellington. This role is perfect for someone who has just started their career in IT Audit, or is looking diversify from External Audit with a move into IT Assurance. As our Consultant you will:

  • Support the execution of audits/assessments of IT processes against leading practice IT risk and security frameworks and common standards (e.g. CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, Sarbanes Oxley Act)
  • Support Assurance/Audit engagements - including the execution of evaluating and design of IT controls (e.g. application & IT general controls) in support of external audits as well as Program Assurance engagements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for clients and other stakeholders.
  • Work with the team to develop client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes.
  • Work with the team to provide client deliverables on time and to the standard expected by the client and engagement partner/principal.
  • Work effectively across multiple internal and external teams, building your professional network across the service line and with clients.
