We are currently looking for a consultant to reconfigure the credit engine.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TASK TO BE CARRIED OUT

The client needs to revisit its credit engine rules to increase the automation rate and reduce the time spent on manual handling.
We need to be assisted with the analysis of the rules, challenges, and opportunities as well as
derivation of a new ruleset, and to be find the right balance between compliance, risk appetite, automation rate and approval rate by reconfiguring the credit engine.

DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

To have an experience with Credit Decision model development and implementation from various other finance institutes in Denmark, also in relation to the 7C regulation on creditworthiness.
Need to know the competitive landscape in Denmark and have detailed insights into how many of our competitors have optimized and implemented streamlined solutions that bring up both approval and automation rates.
Need to have detailed understanding of regulation - have ongoing contact with the DFSA on regulatory interpretation and updates in relation to credit management.
