Description:
FULL-TIME, EXEMPT: 40 HOURS
Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) seeks a talented Consultant to contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. The Consultant, Transformation in Education provides facilitation and support for projects and training in the Consulting Services line. Specifically, the Consultant, Transformation in Education will partner with CCSI customers seeking support in understanding and improving the quality, value, and impact of education, programs and services from a trauma-responsive, equity-focused lens. The Consultant, Transformation in Education role requires familiarity with education (PreK-12), prior knowledge of the impact of childhood adversity and trauma, including prevention or resilience-enhancing approaches, and strategies that support wellness. Customers may engage with CCSI via existing models of learning, coaching, and assistance such as TIG. Alternatively, they may require an individualized approach to match their culture and priorities. The Consultant, Transformation in Education will work collaboratively to deliver easily accessible and highly effective materials and the technical assistance necessary to support practice transformation efforts at the individual, building, district and/or institution level. Core competencies include familiarity with best practices, change tools, and resources to enhance the customer’s ability and capacity to adopt and implement new practices. The position requires a passion for education, cultural humility, exceptional organization and communication skills, facilitation skills, flexibility, expected travel, and commitment to the ongoing learning and development needed to keep pace with this rapidly evolving field.

Requirements:
- MS Ed (preferred), MSW or advanced degree in a related field (acceptable) plus 2 years of experience in education, behavioral health, public health or related field, or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI’s equivalency chart)

Responsibilities:
- Directly supports instruction on trauma-responsive approaches and projects requiring technical assistance for implementation. Projects will include TIG and other work oriented to the needs of schools and school-based professionals.
- Providing technical assistance, training, or other implementation support needed to improve practices, including developing accompanying materials and supporting resources (i.e., agendas, PowerPoint presentations, curriculum development, workbooks).
- Contributing to the evolution and growth of TIG specifically and the enhancement of the array of offerings within the service line.
- Creating practical tools and resources to support implementation to meet the diverse needs of individuals, schools, and institutions of higher education.
- Collaborating with staff and across CCSI service lines and other experts to develop and use multi-disciplinary solutions to meet complex customer needs.
- Contributing to the preparation and review of project reports and findings.
- Delivering scope of services in accordance with established timeline and budget parameters.
- Applying general knowledge of principles and concepts in the field(s) of specialization as they apply to projects and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
