Responsibilities:
As a Consultant, Wellbeing and Injury Management, you will provide a wide range of advice, consultancy, and support across wellbeing, injury and illness case management. Your in-depth understanding of proactive wellbeing approaches, tailored to the university context, will enable you to deliver comprehensive solutions for our stakeholders.
You’ll use specialist knowledge and take end-to-end responsibility for case management and advice on people matters spanning various wellbeing and injury management matters, including Workcover and non work cover claims. This role is key to our commitment to continuously improve our wellbeing support, maximising outcomes for our employees and teams.
