Consulting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting technical specifications and data mappings to translate business requirements into clear directives for application development teams. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical expertise and knowledge of application tools to drive the development of solutions that meet the business’s evolving needs.
The Consulting Analyst plays a critical role in developing and prioritizing requirements in collaboration with business partners and ensuring alignment with IT architecture and development teams. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring that deployed products meet design criteria and support business operations effectively. This role also includes partnering with business users to facilitate product understanding, training, and ongoing improvements.
You will prepare and present data in various formats, including executive briefings, providing insights to leadership to drive informed decision-making.
We are looking for candidates local to the Greater Phoenix area as this role will require candidates to be in the office occasionally.

• Collaborate with executive and operational management to determine integration solution requirements.
• Define and document reporting metrics, ensuring accurate calculations from source system data.
• Develop and present technical specifications, report layouts, and testing scripts for various business needs.
• Lead the development of scorecards and reports that track key metrics, goals, and performance.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure consistency, adherence to enterprise standards, and rapid development of integration solutions.
• Continuously engage with business customers to refine and improve middleware solutions and performance tracking systems.
• Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance business outcomes.
• Conduct research, audits, and analyses to address complex data needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through credible and effective communication.
• Document production issues, resolutions, and root cause analyses as needed.
