QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years professional work experience with either a management-consulting firm, in-house strategy team, or client-facing professional services.
• Experience in either corporate strategic planning, business analysis, or managing large, multi-function and multi-stakeholder projects
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to think strategically and align project objectives and deliverables with overall business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with external clients, team members, and stakeholders verbally, visually, and in writing.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A high threshold for ambiguity and agility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
• Multinational company management training experience is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Consulting Associate. As part of our client-facing teams, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients with analysis, strategic thinking, and facilitation that transforms the way they do business. As a Consulting Associate, you are expected to:

• Work collaboratively with and support the consulting team (consultant, client director, subject matter experts) to deliver value to the client.
• Establish a trust-based relationship with the client to best articulate and deliver value-adding work to their organization.
• Identify research sources, collect, and interpret relevant external data and client interviews during business immersions.
• Synthesize information from research, workshops, and internal strategy meetings into clear and actionable client presentations at every stage of the project.
• Lead day-to-day project management and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

The role will be part of the Corporate Strategy Practice.
