Description:
ABOUT US
HirexHire (pronounced hire by hire) is a Chicago-based recruiting and talent consultancy that integrates with companies short-term to provide long-term talent solutions. We take a seat in our client’s everyday operations to understand their people goals, gaps, and challenges. We then develop and implement the processes and technologies to execute a sustainable and scalable talent plan.
We partner with companies expecting or experiencing high growth who need to hire at scale or fill a critical role rapidly. Our clients are not looking for quick-fix placements but are thoughtfully building a hiring strategy to scale their businesses.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Join our client’s team as a Consulting Engagement Manager, where you will lead client projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with project goals. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Chicago, and requires strong project management experience in a consulting environment, ideally with expertise in digital transformation or Salesforce implementations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, building relationships, identifying their needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and client representatives to define project goals, expectations, and timelines.
- Oversee the planning, allocation, and management of resources across multiple projects, ensuring efficient utilization and balancing workloads.
- Identify potential risks and challenges early in the process, proactively developing mitigation plans to address these issues.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking costs to maintain profitability while controlling project expenses.
- Develop and implement project governance structures to monitor progress, report on status, and ensure compliance with project objectives and client expectations.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within project teams, providing leadership and mentoring as needed.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery by conducting regular reviews and implementing quality control measures to meet client specifications and standards.
