Description:
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing financial reports, industry best practices, compliance requirements, pricing analysis, market analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and customer segmentation to drive the creation of strategic and operational solutions for clients within the consumer industry;
- Coordinating teams that aim to provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing market insights, customer preferences, industry trends, digital transformation, and go-to-market strategies;
- Driving day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
- Coordinating the quality assurance (QA) for client’s deliverables including financial analysis, SWOT analysis, applicable industry best practices, future state design recommendations, anticipated risks and mitigation strategies, implementation roadmaps, and governance reports, per business specifications and agreed timelines;
- Working across all phases of the transformation and implementation lifecycles for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients, including leading workshop design sessions;
- Using project management frameworks, including product portfolio management, project governance, capital allocation and project funding, resource optimization, and Agile methodologies to help clients optimize and maintain applications to maximize Return on Investment (ROI);
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges utilizing industry insights, stakeholder interviews, OKR definitions, KPI Dashboards, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Tableau, and SQL queries; and
- Promoting business development efforts, including proposal creation and the maintenance, and strengthening of client relationships.

Manage the creation of innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Manage technical enablement assessments to determine key process and organizational gaps in business environments. Manage vendor assessment for content management for companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessments. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Develop proposals and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.
