Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Performing business case analysis to understand opportunities for supply chain optimizations, and helping organizations deliver critical programs on the decisions of cost, schedule, performance, and risk, utilizing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt Charts, and Agile Project Management methodology;
• Participating in teams that aim to provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing Atlassian Jira, and Asana;
• Taking part in day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
• Participating in the quality assurance (QA) for client’s deliverables, including Process Standardization and Optimization per business specifications and agreed timelines;
• Working with project management frameworks including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), Risk Assessment Matrix, and Management to help clients optimize and maintain applications to maximize Return on Investment (ROI); and
• Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel PivotTable and PivotChart, Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) framework, and Waterfall Project Management methodology for purposes of developing solutions for business challenges.

WORK YOU’LL DO

Manage the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address supply chain needs. Oversee the creation of effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business objectives. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Manage proposal development and oversee the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote supply chain knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

• 50% Travel required nationally.
