Description:
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in San Francisco, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Driving all phases of the Software Development (SDLC) project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Utilizing Agile methodology and Atlassian Jira to support and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) testing including test cases design, review, validation, and defect tracking to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Conducting requirements gathering and business process workshops to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Order and Inventory Management, and Purchasing;
- Coordinating assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing Gap Analysis templates to design Oracle Order and Inventory Management, and Purchasing system landscapes;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Order and Inventory Management, and Purchasing;
- Performing Oracle Order and Inventory management, and Purchasing production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP Service Manager (SM), HEAT, Toad, iSupport, Data Loader; and
- Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio.
Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO
Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of information technology project proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
