Description:
This is a full-time Consulting Manager role at Farrelly Mitchell, based at our office in Dubai. As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering our client engagements, effective project delivery, developing sustainable strategies, and delivering solid recommendations with actionable outcomes to clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants and sector experts to solve challenges and problems in both public and private sector entities. The positive outcomes you lead our teams to achieve will further build our reputation and support the business to create new opportunities for our clients across MENA and globally.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
· Consulting Experience: 5+ years of experience in a management consulting role, with a proven track record in delivering successful transformation projects.
· PMO Expertise: Extensive experience in establishing and operating PMOs, with practical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
· Transformation Programs: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably in food agribusiness and sustainability sectors.
· Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
· Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from project metrics.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
· Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
· Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships established through trust and delivery
· Commercial: Understands and can effectively manage project commercials and resources in line with budgets.

Responsibilities:
· Implement and enhance PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices appropriate to the client project and team needs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, risks, and timelines.
· Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project life cycle.
· Monitor and report on project performance, utilising metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive accountability.
· Support change management initiatives, ensuring effective transition and adoption of new processes and systems.
· Conduct workshops and training sessions to build PMO capabilities within the organisation.
· Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on project findings and industry trends.
