This role is expected to deliver growth across the following areas;

  • Transformation themes for Industry 4.0 (Smart Manufacturing), Value Chain Optimization (VCO), Integrates Sales & Marketing (ISM), Direct to Consumer (D2C); Intelligent Store, Omni Channel & Customer Experience, Digital Supply Chain, Enterprise Modernization & Smart Operations.
  • Consulting capabilities across CIO Advisory, Digital and Talent & Chang

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s). Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro’s client positioning. The successful candidate is expected to shape, lead, and drive transformation engagements by working closely with CXOs and internal Wipro teams. The individual is also expected to lead consulting workshops to craft future state functional and solution roadmaps.
  • Relationships: As a Senior Partner you bring deep expertise and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business
  • Solutions: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within the Retail and CPG industries. Also need to create and continuously refine cutting-edge retail/CPG solution showcases to be demonstrated across Wipro’s Technovation centers
  • Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
  • Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increasing Wipro’s mindshare. Create a strong Wipro market positioning – increase Wipro’s mindshare in the CPG/Retail ecosystem (product companies, analysts, and influencers)
