JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Consulting Product Analyst is responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise level software solutions by providing recognized knowledge of features, functionality and utilization of products. The Consulting Product Analyst provides product expertise, by designing detailed product functionality, and identifying/escalating significant project issues. The Consulting Product Analyst provides hands-on expertise to independently resolve service delivery or functionality issues with a product, while frequently communicating with end users and vendors. The Consulting Product Analyst continually develops an understanding of how business owners/practitioners utilize the product(s) by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and product users. The Consulting Product Analyst contributes product knowledge to trainers, documenters and testers, and mentors other Product Analysts.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration like Saviynt or SailPoint onboarding applications is strongly preferred.
