The Con Product Analyst needs to be a highly motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of fundamentally redefining how we work, not just making small improvements. They will be a dynamic team member familiar with agile methodologies who will rally the team and work in a highly collaborative environment. The Con Product Analyst will help lead product management efforts on their assigned product portfolio which may consist of one or more products. Product portfolios may contain products utilizing different technology stacks and execution methods, and range from collections of reusable components to full stack internally and/or externally developed platforms. This role will also work with other developers and business stakeholders to define requirements, groom user stories, and consult with development teams on various projects.

  • Partner with the Team lead, Product Manager and internal stakeholders to set the product vision
  • The overall expert on the history of the product as well as alternative solutions evaluated
  • Lead a cross-functional team to define solutions to customer problems identified by the product team.
  • Drive execution of solutions and achievement of objectives and key results
  • Relentless urgency to deliver value to customers
  • Clear understanding of impact of revenue and understanding of the business value

  • Assist Agile Kanban team(s) in prioritizing work, design, and achieving outcomes
  • Ensure scope of work is pragmatic and minimal, and solves for a problem that customers value
  • Define story acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize the team backlog, and contribute to the overall product vision and roadmap
  • Collaborate with internal partners by building and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Assist the team in finding integration solutions to complex challenges and helping the entire team meet its commitments
  • Carry a high degree of empathy for each team member, and seek to understand each person’s perspective in order to drive consensus and healthy negotiation •Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements under minimal guidance and direction
  • Identify and address cross-project dependencies and impacts
  • Identify risks/issues in a timely manner and appropriately mitigate/escalate
  • Prepare and coordinate the implementation of go-to-market plans for new products and features
  • Develops a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations.
  • Develops strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product strategy and surface and prioritize needs.
  • Establishes product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes.
  • Contributes to translating business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
  • Continuously monitors and evaluates product performance and proactively champion product improvements.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves blockers to achieve business objectives for their products, including technical and resourcing challenges.
  • Increases adoption and consumption of product capabilities.
  • Works closely with developers, project managers, business analysts, and QA engineers.
  • Assists their leadership and other designees in developing a catalog of service offerings along with associated costs
  • Ensures staff are providing advanced troubleshooting user support working with end users at all levels of the organization
  • Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for their products to measure performance and contribution to business goals and strategy.
  • Identifies and helps implement process additions/changes/deletions that augment the technology adoption
  • Conducts training sessions and/or ensure relevant training is performed as necessary to help ensure high levels of technology adoption
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Five years relevant work experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, BEHAVIORS

  • Relationship building and collaboration skills across divers and matrixed stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience determining and overseeing software development initiatives and estimating resource requirements
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making and independently solving software engineering problems Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • Strong experience in understanding business partner and client needs
  • Demonstrated success in defining and building products
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
  • Experience with automation of CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of agile methodology and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and open-source practices.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
