Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Costa Mesa, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 year of related work experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to drive software development and implementation services of SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), Graphical User Interface (GUI), HANA Studio, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC);
• Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, which include Design, Build, User Acceptance (UAT) testing, requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Remedy, Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps;
• Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing SAP GUI, HANA Studio, MS PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint;
• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form (RICEF) objects utilizing SAP GUI, HANA Studio, and Web Intelligence (WEBI), Snagit, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ALM, Remedy, MS Teams, and Word, SAP BOBJ, and GUI;
• Building and developing software integration production and developing software modules using SAP BOBJ, GUI, SAC, HANA Studio, and Fiori; and
• Driving the design of analytical solutions for SAP Production Planning (PP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finance, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) modules for integration and to work with offshore development teams to develop solutions.

Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.
