Are you an experienced healthcare practice manager or customer service professional ready for the next challenge in your career?
Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an experienced professional to delivery outstanding customer service in our consulting and sessional suites.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION, YOU WILL NEED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
- 3+ years management experience in Consulting Suites or senior position held in Medical Centre.
- Certificate or Diploma level qualification in Front-line Management, Business Management or related discipline (or working towards same)
- Sound knowledge of, and experience in, practice management, including labour planning/rostering and overall resource and revenue management to KPI’s
- Established and managed relationships with key stakeholders, networks and customers (e.g. VMOs, patients, families) from diverse backgrounds
- Have led a team, including coaching, development and performance management
- Excellent communication, organisational, planning and customer service skills
- Ability to utilise numeric data to identify and implement improvements
- Working abilities with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities:
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL;
- Have previous experience managing a team in medical administration and/or a private GP/specialist practice
- Have exceptional leadership skills.Be a relationship builder –
- Developing rapport with VMO’s and nurturing new relationships with specialists and their staff.
- Be able to work to tight deadlines and can multi task
- Develop and support the administration team.
AS THE CONSULTING SUITES MANAGER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Leading the day to day efficient and safe running of the Consulting Suites
- Build relationship with VMO’s an their staff
- Ensure services are provided to VMO’s in in a timely manner and with excellent customer service
- Accountability for staffing, recruiting, onbarding and training.
- Service provision to tenants (permanent and sessional) and management of written tenancy agreements and licences
- Leading, coaching and developing Administration Officer team members, furthering a high-performing team
