Description:

Reporting to the Manager, Consumer Affairs and Quality Assurance, the Consumer Affairs & Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible to ensure that consumer needs are met while maintaining high standards of product quality and regulatory compliance through in dept root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:Consumer Service:

  • Respond to consumer questions and provide information about products and services. Manages the collection of consumer concerns and complaints from various sources (Lindt.ca, mail, email, social media, retail stores, telephone).
  • Address and resolve consumer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure the customer relationship management system is correctly populated and external trackers maintained.
  • Gather feedback from consumers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile data for Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reporting when required or requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, or a related science field.
  • Previous experience in consumer service, customer care and quality assurance roles.
  • Experience in quality assurance procedures and compliance programs.
  • Experience with CRM systems or other consumer service software.
  • Familiarity with quality metrics and performance monitoring.
  • Experience in data collection, data reporting and data analysis
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make successful unbiased decisions.
  • French bilingualism is a strong asset but not mandatory
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
