Our Consumer Experience Capability Expert is responsible for engaging consumers and ensuring AB InBev brands connect effectively by directly interacting with customers across all levels using various communication channels.

What will you be doing:

  • Interact professionally with consumers online and offline, possessing comprehensive product knowledge for effective issue resolution.
  • Lead and collaborate within customer teams, utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce and Social Studio for efficient ticket handling and project management.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain service quality commitments.
  • Analyze performance metrics, and improve processes for better functionality
  • Engage with the global community of consumer care to share and to learn best practices across the globe

What you’ll bring:

  • Fluency (C1) in German and English (C1) is required
  • Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Building Formulas)
  • Analytical and creative problem solving mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of Zendesk, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or similar platforms will be advantageous
  • Consumer care or Marketing function experience
