• Reading & acknowledging complaints from consumers, distilling issues, and drafting responses on behalf of Te Toka Tumai – Auckland staff
• Ensuring feedback classified as complaints are managed in compliance with the Code of Health & Disability Services Consumers’ Rights & Te Toka Tumai – Auckland policies
• Communicating with directorates about trends in the feedback, insights gained and recommendations for improvement
• Providing advice & support about consumer engagement and involvement tools, including the use of survey
