About the TEAM
You will join the Consumer Experience team which is fueled by the voice of consumer to identify gaps and areas of improvement across the Consumer Journey interactions with the entire IQOS ecosystem in the Swiss market.
Who we’re looking for

We are looking for you:

  • Currently studying for your College/University degree in Business, Marketing. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with business analytics, consumer facing roles, project management, drive for result and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, German is an asset

Roles & Objectives
As Consumer Experience lead you will be fully dedicated in supporting Swiss Consumer Experience team through consumer data and insights to drive action to improve a range of Acquisition and Retention programs and services that IQOS offers its consumers.
The successful candidate will be constantly monitoring leakages between the Customer Journey episodes and prepare analysis of consumer pain point to promptly address the identified gaps supporting the perfect execution of commercial initiatives.
Being part of a Project Based Organization (PBO), you will be working in cross-functional teams (comms, digital, consumer programs, CRM, legal, market research, among others), actively contributing with your consumer knowledge and managing daily tasks leveraging upon your project management skills to reach the organization business objectives.
