Make a difference globally
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark and in Poland, you will join our highly ambitious (in-house) Consumer Activation team, which is responsible for awareness and lead generation across the world.
We now have an open senior position in our team and are therefore looking for an experienced employee with knowledge of global consumer campaigns and influencer marketing.
Senior Manager Media Excellence & Ambassador position
You will be responsible for driving our global influencer program (we call them ambassadors). You will co-develop global consumer campaigns with Global Marketing & Services to drive growth for our key launches and brands. You will be the overall lead on our SoMe initiatives and performance.
Acting at a global level, you will have a high level of interaction both with our local subsidiaries, across the headquarter teams as well as with external marketing agencies. You will furthermore be part of the broader Global Marketing & Services team, where you will experience lots of collaboration.
MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:
Set the strategic direction and be responsible for driving the global ambassador program
Partner with selected global ambassadors and drive agenda for impacting multiple markets
Co-develop best in class consumer marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
Support important launches and growth initiatives with global media strategies
Track campaign & ambassador effectiveness and secure continuous improvement of activities
Experienced and passionate SoMe & influencer professional
With your excellent SoMe skills, your digital savviness and your strong consumer marketing experience, you know how to turn a marketing strategy into delivering the right content to the right people at the right time. You master multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, and you preferably already know how to navigate in a global setting dealing with lots of stakeholders.
Also, as you will be managing a wide variety of projects and stakeholders, it is vital that you have a pragmatic, positive and creative mindset and both a strategic and operational focus.
A relevant degree in marketing, business, communication or similar
Strong experience within (paid, organic) SoMe and influencer marketing, preferably from the medical industry, FMCG or from an advertising agency
Experience with managing budgets and working with forecasts and sales analyses
Flexibility to travel to subsidiaries and customers approx. 10 days annually
Fluency in English is a must, both orally and in written. Danish skills not required
