POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Insights professional to join our team as a Consumer Insights Analyst. You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive business growth.
The Consumer Insights Analyst will join the Welch’s marketing team on the journey to refresh and revitalize a 150-year old Brand with a strong equity and purpose. In 2023, we launched a new master brand campaign called Let’s Fruit Stuff Up, new package design, and built a disruptive innovation funnel. We need your help to take the next step in making Welch’s a modern and relevant brand for today’s consumer.

Responsibilities:

  • Enrich the organization’s knowledge of the consumer, identify category and consumer trends and mine for opportunities
  • Work with existing primary research (qualitative and quantitative), secondary and syndicated data sources to answer pressing business questions
  • Own and support projects with key stakeholders and external partners to design studies, manage execution, analyze data and drive insights to guide marketplace solutions
  • Focus will be on innovation with test and learn approaches and also on identifying opportunities and threats to the business
  • Simplify complex methods and data to get to the point with actionable recommendations through storytelling
  • You will roll up your sleeves to get the job done with speed, accuracy and knowledge of cutting edge research techniques
