As a Consumer Insights & Data Lead, you’ll ensure we harness the power of internal and external data to really understand the experience of our current and future customers. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating to create and inspire actions based on solid research and insight.

Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Customer-Centric Insights: Place the consumer at the heart of our business by delivering actionable insights that support business decision making.
- Research Champion: Lead both quantitative and qualitative research efforts to amplify the consumer’s voice.
- Data Synthesis: Analyse large data sets, extract key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Market Analysis: Leverage market trends and comprehensive customer surveys to inform our business.
- Team Inspiration: Encourage colleagues to develop consumer-centric products and services.
- Product Development: Support customer immersion sessions and contribute to product and service innovation.
- Communication: Develop innovative ways to share insights and customer stories across the business.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilise databases, ETL, and visualisation software to manage and analyse information.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide detailed analysis to senior marketing stakeholders and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Leadership: Offer guidance on marketing data requirements and share best practices across the team.
