FanDuel is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to execute a high-impact research agenda, focusing on the Sports business unit. The Manager will collaborate with teams across the marketing and commercial organizations to identify and operationalize projects that generate actionable insights.
Reporting to the Market Insights and Research Director, this role is part of a critical and impactful team, helping to shape the long-term strategic direction of our brands, marketing, and overall business.

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • 6+ years of market research and/or consumer insights experience with at least 2+ years on research vendor side, with some client-side experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing custom research projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Experience in innovation research tools and developing action standards/protocols
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage and integrate information from a variety of sources to generate actionable insights
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story from a variety of disparate data sets
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail and ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects
  • Proven proficiency with sampling, survey design, and data analysis
  • Collaborative team player, proactive thinker, and pragmatic problem-solver
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes within the team, business, and industry
  • Intellectually curious and demonstrated enthusiasm or experience in technology, sports, or gaming categories a plus
  • Experience with Qualtrics, SPSS, or other DIY tools required
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required with proficiency in effectively visualizing data
  • Bachelor’s degree required
