DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

In this role you will:

  • Be part of an expert function in the European OTC marketing team
  • Report into Consumer Insight Director OTC
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, innovation, indirect procurement, affiliates) with a focus on Innovation research
  • Be the key contact for external partners (mainly research agencies)
  • This role can be 4 or 5 days per week

This is a fixed term contract for maternity leave cover until September 2025.

SUPPORT ON INSIGHT CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT

  • Support in developing / upgrading consumer insight capabilities (protocols, processes, platforms) aligned to business needs to elevate to role of insights in marketing strategy and decision making

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5-8 years of experience in (international) consumer/shopper insight roles – in-company and/or research agency senior roles
  • Experience in various research solutions, methodologies & analytics (functional expertise) with strong affinity for / expertise in innovation research (from Front End to Concept validation with forecasting)
  • Experience in process management improvement/implementation to bring insight into action (business acumen & expertise)
  • Passionate about how consumers feel, think and make choices
  • Entrepreneurial, leadership, persuasive communicator, analytical beyond the numbers
  • Team player with open and empathic attitude towards different cultures (pan-European role)
  • Strong ability to adapt to a changing environment, open to adopt new ways of working, fast and eager to learn
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and high level of autonomy
  • Comfortable working in remote team with min. 2 days/week in office (London based)
