Do you have a passion for amplifying the voice of the consumer within an organisation? Join our dynamic team in Copenhagen as a Consumer Insights Brand Tracker Specialist and play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to drive business impact through the voice of the consumer.
You will work in a team that is responsible for one of the largest brand tracker setups in Denmark, covering 16 markets and a total of approximately 90,000 yearly interviews. Together with the rest of the team, you will deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior management. Your work will involve various aspects of brand tracking (e.g., brand image, consumer and customer behaviour, category development, etc.), including the creation of annual strategic reports, collaboration with our brand tracker vendor, deep-dive projects, ad-hoc requests, and ongoing reporting. You will also work with diverse data sources such as survey data, sales data, Google search data, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a research company or an FMCG/Retail/Consumer company in an international setting.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent quantitative analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and experience with crosstab software tools. Experience with SPSS is a plus.
  • Research Methods Knowledge: Broad knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis Quantitative.
  • Survey Management: Comfortable working with large survey setups and datasets. Experience with brand trackers is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving and Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, scope, and assist in leading smaller research projects. Experience managing research agencies and data panel providers is a plus.
  • Team Player: Passionate, curious, and a team player with a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Tracker Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our brand tracker setup, utilising survey-based global data that runs daily across 16 markets and covers a broad range of topics from brand perception to purchase behaviour within a broad target group. Incorporate other data sources and set up new quantitative market research as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis primarily centered around Pandora’s brand tracker data, which currently holds more than 300,000 interviews, but will also include integration of diverse data sources, such as survey data, sales data, and Google search data, to provide comprehensive and actionable insights.
  • Insightful & Impactful Presentations: Develop and deliver strong, insightful presentations based on in-depth analysis of our brand tracker data, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Dashboard Development: Collaborate with Pandora’s Data & Technology developeds to design and refine dashboards used internally to communicate and democratise insights across the organisation. Manage and optimise Pandora’s Google search dashboard provided directly by Google, ensuring its effective use in driving strategic decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key vendors, including our global brand tracker provider and Google, ensuring ongoing collaboration and seamless integration and alignment with our research objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisation to support specific insights requests. Stakeholders will include Pandora’s Executive Leadership Team, Marketing Leadership Team, Global Business Units, Media Team, Design, and local stakeholders within each market.
