POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role you will manage consumer data within our organisation to produce data analytics, identify trends, provide reports and support our Executive team to make data-informed business decisions.
The Consumer Insights Specialist at BreastScreen Victoria is a key member of the Communications and Client Engagement team (C+CE), who will be relied upon to consolidate, analyse and provide data-driven client-centric insights to the organisation. You will manage data analytics tools and relationships with their suppliers.
If this sounds like you, we’re looking for an experienced Consumer Insights Specialist to join the BreastScreen Victoria team in Carlton on a part-time (0.6 FTE) ongoing basis.
The work you will do, will contribute to reducing the impact of breast cancer and save lives through early detection.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in market research or post graduate qualifications in research, interpretation, analysis, and insights.
- Proven experience in business process transformation including project management concepts.
- Advanced data and analytics skills, such as data management, analytics and data structures.
- Demonstrated experience using principles, methods and techniques of data analysis including programming languages, data integration tools, business intelligence tools and DSML platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey and present information to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships whilst garnering support for new behaviours and processes.
