In a few words
This position is the Consumer Insights Specialist in vivo Spain, responsible for the development of the vivo brand in the Italy market.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and share a powerful, up-to-date understanding of the market and emerging trends with insightful data and intelligence
  • Closely liaise with stakeholders (product, brand, sales & GTM team), understanding business questions, suggesting solutions with consumer insights, and empowering the teams with consumer-oriented mindset
  • Develop research plans and manage projects throughout the whole life cycle
  • Able to handle and execute in-house qualitative research independently
  • Accountable for data analysis and generate actionable recommendations and insights towards answering business questions
  • Establish effective and efficient business relationships with agencies

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • At least 3 years of experience in market research agency or within the company in consumer insight/market research department
  • Strong knowledge of marketing research methods, statistical analysis approaches, research and marketing terminology
  • Ability to draw insights in a story telling way
  • Fluent in Italian and Chinese, good command of English or Spanish is a plus
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time, being responsible for both timeline and results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented, good so-what mindset
