Responsibilities:
- Conducts loan interviews and processes loan applications over the phone.
- Approves quality loans within specified limits.
- Perform appropriate credit checks and verifications as necessary.
- Performs required calculations for members to obtain loans.
- Disburses loan proceeds to members.
- Proactively offers additional products and services to complement members immediate product needs.
- Creates opportunities for expanded member relationships by determining member needs for additional products and services.
- Communicates with members to provide loan account and service information. Assists members in resolving loan account differences.
- Serves as an information resource for the loan interviewer and processor.
- Bilingual - Spanish Preferred
