Responsibilities:
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Sales support – set-up and manage sales campaign infrastructure and report on sales performance
- Policy administration – manage and issue policies to customers and partners
- Billing and payment – manage billing process and align with Operations shared services to safeguard booking and payment
- Customer communication – ensure all relevant communication reach customers and partners as required
- Customer Service support – ensure that customer service have necessary training materials and documentation and act as second line support as needed
- Process and systems development – be an active member of development and testing projects to continuously improve our processes and systems
- Documentation – accurately document processes and update processes (for the TPA) when necessary.
- Quality Assurance - perform quality checks on operational activities and TPA administration
- Audit/Compliance – proactively ensure resilience and control in our processes including execution on SOX controls, collecting evidence for audit, incident management et
The role reports to the Operations Manager - Consumer Lines, North
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
- Native/bilingual level in Swedish and/or any other Scandinavian language and professional level in English
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role
- Ability to analyse and improve operational processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Familiarity with billing and payment systems and processes
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document processes
- Project management experience is a plus
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional team
