QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of B2C paid marketing experience, with at least two years of experience leading direct mail campaigns
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to form effective partnerships with cross-functional teams – marketing content and design, analytics, data science, customer success, product, legal - and external vendors to successfully execute on your strategy
- Advanced analytical and strategic skills, with extensive experience evaluating metrics, identifying trends, and determining next steps to optimize performance
- Deep experience designing and executing ongoing experimentation roadmaps
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your marketing strategy and performance to a broad set of stakeholders
- Self-starter who can deliver on initiatives with little guidance. As Lyra is a high growth startup, you must be flexible at times and roll with the punches
- Experience in the health tech or general tech industry a plus
As a full-time Consumer Paid Marketing Manager you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute direct mail and paid social marketing strategies to achieve our member acquisition and utilization goals
- Project manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of campaigns
- Drive ongoing experimentation across channels to consistently optimize performance
- Partner with our analytics and data science teams to build an attribution model and closely monitor performance and progress towards goals, identifying optimization opportunities along the way
- Partner with our marketing content and design teams to develop standout campaign assets
- Manage the paid marketing budget, and work with our finance team to forecast projected spend and report out on ROI
- Help identify new paid channels, tools, and platforms that can continue to scale performance
