Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Executes the reception processes and associated project work for Germany. Onshore project work will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.
- Sample maintenance (recruitment requirements)
- Panel members motivation (rewards points, gift catalogue, newsletters, Website, conquest, surveys, communications…)
- Scanner and mobile application software maintenance
- Call center panel supervision and support Teleperformance (Lisbon) & OLR (USA)
- Direct attention to global external providers: OLR(USA) Logistic team (Italy) Teleperformance (Lisbon), Telsolutions (USA) and local ones: communication & printing providers, etc…
- Works in partnership with the country’s Input validation and Statistical Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work.
- Work with Recruitment in-house team.
