WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Solid experience in Marketing/Brand activation, preferably in an FMCG company
  • Substantial knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and the latest marketing tools
  • Proven leadership skills as well as strong stakeholder management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

The incumbent, reporting to the Marketing Director, sets precedence by enhancing our Customer Experience Management approach and by establishing orchestrated consumer & trade activities supporting brand, consumer and trade strategies. They overview and steer activation programs (incl. P&L responsibility) such as Festival, Events, 1-2-1, POSM & Trade activities securing full integration and calibration with Marketing & Sales functions. Additionally, they are responsible for driving a constructive & open team culture while managing the personal development of a dynamic & ambitious team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop successful consumer & trade programs and channels by extracting useful insights from customer data reshaping the consumer decision journey
  • Supervise promotion and activation programs including content creation
  • Build and develop state-of-the-art activation programs across our brand portfolio
  • Drive the implementation of an overall CRM platform with the support of global excellence teams
  • Consistently monitor and analyze activation metrics and strive for continuous improvement
  • Plan, monitor and optimize activation investment in line with JTI’s portfolio & activation strategy
  • Overview & develop trade programs in close collaboration with the KAM team
  • Lead and mentor direct report, supporting their professional development & career aspirations
  • Provide all necessary input to other Business functions within the area or responsibility
  • Liaise closely with Geneva HQ stakeholders, agencies and other experts in the field of activation
