Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Expertise with Cisco’s contact centre infrastructure approach, products, and technologies (e.g. UCCE, CUCM, CVP, etc.).
- Expertise with call flow functionality
- Very strong knowledge of Cisco’s contact centre infrastructure products and technologies (e.g. UCCE, CUCM, CVP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge in the contact center domain and the multiple products/features available on the market (forecasting tools, call recording, dialers, etc)
Contact center Architect/ consultant+Cisco UCCE+Cisco enterprise+ Cisco contact center Impmementation+ Design of contact center + Manage Cisco Contact center + Cisco webex CC design and implementation would be added advantage
