- A commitment to great customer service through previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Clear communication style and being comfortable on the phone
- Ability to use basic computer systems and technology
- Self-motivated and team oriented
- Good attention to detail
- Previous contact centre experience is great but not essential as full training is provided
Based in Takapuna, initial hours would be Monday to Thursday 10.30am to 7pm and Fridays 8.30am to 5pm.Benefits:
- Incremental pay increases after 6 months based on performance. Thereafter, incremental pay will be increased annually based on performance
