As a Contact Centre Agent with SIXT Australia, you’ll play a pivotal role in making people and their things easily mobile through the delivery of premium customer service. Working at head office based in Dandenong, Victoria - we offer a flexible working arrangement for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time
• Creating and selling SIXT products and services
• Handle fines and infringements efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and vehicle breakdowns over the phone and via email
• Answering customer enquiries
• Creating a positive customer experience
• General Administrative tasks to support daily operations.
