Salary – £40,000 – 50,000

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Experience working with complex telephony, contact centre systems and networking solutions in a technical delivery or consulting role.
• A strong understanding of enterprise and communications technologies from a consultant’s perspective rather than an end user.
• The ability to present confidently to project teams and business stakeholders.
• High levels of self-motivation and a desire to grow within a company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous technical support or project delivery.
