As a Contact Centre Consultant at RealNZ, you will be the go-to person for telephone, webchat, and email enquiries from guests and agents. Your expertise in providing exceptional service will be essential in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our valued customers. You’ll have the chance to work with a diverse range of experiences that showcase the beauty of New Zealand.
This role is based in Queenstown/Te Anau and involves a combination of working from home and office-based work. Therefore, candidates must be based in Queenstown/Te Anau to be considered.
