Description:
CONTACT CENTRE MANAGER
Location: Head Office, Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £37,500 per annum, OTE £45,000
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Contact Centre Manager to oversee the operations and performance of the contact centre team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be strategic in future planning and training for the team and growth of the business and have the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Overseeing a team of 11 with a view to grow further, you will support all members of the team to ensure they have the relevant knowledge and skills to be successful in the role and handle any escalated queries. Working in collaboration with our dealerships and other departments to align contact centre operations with overall business objectives.
