THE ROLE:

Storage King is currently seeking a part-time Contact Centre Sales Consultant to join our team at our Contact Centre based in Dandenong.
This role is perfectly suited to people who like solving problems, are motivated by achieving targets and who can work with customers to identify their needs and create value for the Storage King business.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide support on the phone to customers across our store network throughout Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide storage solutions for new customers by–

• Understand the problem they are facing.
• Source the appropriate solution.
• Most importantly- ask for the business!
• Offer guidance on our packing and moving services.
• Support our Store based teams across the country in providing great customer experiences and the performance of our store network
