Description:
Our client is looking for an ambitious, creative Content & Community Executive to help them make their brand the most-loved mid-strength beer in the country.
Having recently been acquired by leading UK drinks group, they’re about to massively accelerate the brand’s growth trajectory. Their marketing function, in which this role sits, will naturally play a huge part in this, with the three main objectives of a.) sampling the drinks far and wide, b.) landing the brand positioning and c.) expanding and entertaining their community.What you’ll do…
- You’ll be at the heart of bringing the brand’s story to life and growing a loyal, engaged community.
- Content creation and management - planning, creating and delivering content for all platforms. Keeping up to date with social media trends.
- Community engagement - responding to comments and messages in the brand’s ToV. Engaging with followers fostering loyalty and advocacy through initiatives like competitions or partnerships.
- Brand representation - attend events and activations, ensure all communications are in the brand’s ToV and create memorable brand experiences.
- Monitoring and reporting on content performance, using insights to refine strategy.

- You have experience managing social media channels and creating email marketing campaigns
- You can craft witty, on-brand copy that engages and entertains.
- You have a strong eye for design, branding, and emerging trends that resonate with the brand’s audience.
- You’re proactive, organised, and thrive working independently to drive results.
- You stay on top of marketing trends and love experimenting with new ways to engage audiences.
- You have a driving license to get places! (no need to have a car!)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Logistics: Remote work, one day co-working a week in London
