Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Content Community Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Create editorial social media calendars through multiple social media channels for Canadian Audiences
  • Video first knowledge
  • Develop content briefings, as well as curate content from multiple online sources
  • Schedule and execute social media calendars in Sprinklr
  • Community management – both reactive and proactive
  • Content localization review (English)
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Perform ongoing social listening analysis as part of data collection activities.
  • Regular tracking, and report analysis to generate actionable insights and learnings.
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • This position is open to remote candidates located in the Ontario and British Columbia areas.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Content Community Manager or similar.
  • Excellent grammar skills
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Good time-management and organization skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • B2B/tech industry experience
  • Sprinklr knowledge
  • Stakeholder partnership experience
